Steam Fatal Error: Steam is unable to write to it's folder.
Someone please help me. I've never faced this kind of error before and I've been trying to fix this issue for hours. Any tips will be much appreciated!

So I have 2 disks on my laptop which are C: and E: and I installed my Steam on E:. I've tried installing Steam again on C: and it works fine, but I can't access my installed games because it's installed on E:.

Have you even added a steam library there, or need to re-add it again , see steams storage manegement if disk is still mapped there. ( multi disk switch per drev so you know the game is there. )

Move your games from e to c..
Right click games and somewhe should be the option to move it to a different disk
