Stuck on 'Loading User Data'?

If you faced this same problem as many others, (including me).

-Delete the steam folder in programs x86 (dont use the uninstall application).
-Look for any anti cheat programs in your computer. (if found, delete them.)
-Reinstall steam.
-login, and wait.

If this doesn't work, make sure you have Windows defender "real time protection" off while installing.
