F1 and F3 not working while holding control key

Recently noticed that my F1 and F3 aren't working anywhere while I'm holding down control, but all the other fkeys work fine. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Is it a laptop?

Make Sure the Fn Keys Are Not Locked
On your keyboard, look for an Fn, F lock, or F Mode key. Depending on your laptop, you should press for one time or press and hold for a few seconds. If this doesn't work, press the Fn and Esc keys at the same time. Then, try to use one of the Function keys.

Hmm try pressing f11 or f12 then that is supposed to do something to make them keys work
