WHEA Stop Code

First my pc gets blue screen most of the times before I log in but only once a day or once a week. I planned to fix this and I believe its because of the hardware problems

I am experiencing WHEA Stop Code, at first I thought its because Titanfall2 because its the only game where it stutters and then BSOD with WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

I don't know what's the SPECIFIC problem.
All I know its probably related to hardware and not some virus because I have like microsoft and avast anti viruses always online.

The WHEA Stop Code is WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

where are you reading this from? from the bsod screen, or are you using something like bluescreen viewer to see the error?

all bsods come with a string of numbers after them, which points to the issue in question... ie... for whea errors its a hardware issue and the number shows which piece of hardware.

edit: nvm, you are looking at the bsod screen, go download bluescreen viewer and read the full code.

there is nothing to look at with a office pc.
if he dont have a dedicate GPU card onboard, then it end there.

run command prompt as admin, or powershell as admin... not sure if dism works on both (edit: it does work on both).

copy paste this in (below).

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

let it finish.

then copy paste this (below).

SFC /scannow

restart pc after they are done, then check if it still has the issue, report back and let us know.

The WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000124. This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).

Run A SFC Scan

Running an SFC scan helps you to fix the pshed.dll error blue screen. Follow the steps given below and make sure you do not leave any steps in between.

Press the Windows plus S keys first and then type cmd in the search tool’s text box. Then you need to right-click the command prompt and select run as administrator.

Then before running the SFC scan, you need to type this command in the prompt and press enter: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.

After that, you need to input this SFC command and hit enter: SFC /scannow. Now, wait for the scan to complete and restart your desktop or laptop to keep the recent changes.
