Splinter Cell Franchise Bundle says it includes Conviction, but after buying it Steam didn't give it to me.
As title says. I bought the bundle because it says it included all the games including Conviction, but after buying it Steam didn't give me the game.

Contact Support.
The store description is wrong - the bundle only contains the 4 games that you received. Why no Conviction? Because there can be terrible issues trying to run it on anything later than Windows 7. There are workarounds that work for some people but not for others. It's still apparently available in its own package for anyone who wants to risk buying it, but it's not part of the package you bought, it can't be bought separately and it doesn't show up in a Steam search.

I've messaged Steam Support about it. It doesn't really matter the reason why they decided to change the bundle and not include it. They are advertising it as having all 5 games when you click on the Bundle. I had figured it didn't show in the list of games because Ubi technically had the game delisted, but the info on what the bundle includes still says Conviction Deluxe Edition and since it doesn't actually come with it it's considered false advertising.
And you'll get absolutely nowhere with the 'false advertising' argument. The panel on the store page that shows the items in the bundle only has 4 items in it. I imagine the bundle had Conviction in at one point until Ubisoft found that the problems with running it on anything other than Windows 7 couldn't actually be fixed.

Anyway, everything on the store page is the responsibility of the devs and/or publishers, so your problem is actually with Ubisoft themselves. Hassle them over it and, while it's unlikely that you'll get anywhere, they might decide to give you a key for Conviction as a thank you... or to shut you up. Good luck.

While it is Ubisofts fault Steam is also responsible for it as well since they are the store front and selling the bundle.

When there is an N/A for the price, that means it does not come with it anymore.

:winterbunny2023:
That's False, but the bundle he listed isn't the bundle I am talking about. The bundle I am talking about is this:

https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/23545/Splinter_Cell_Franchise/

Which clearly states

This bundle contains:

Splinter Cell
SplinterCell: Double Agent
Splintercell: Chaos Theory
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction - Deluxe Edition
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist

Yeah. I know. Take it up with Ubisoft.

They decided to be obtuse and make Conviction part of a separate package all on its own.

I will if Steam refuses to do anything about it, but it is their storefront. Which means they are responsible for making sure I get the game I clearly paid for.

Valve has nothing to do with the products listed or not from the Steamworks partner.

The only thing Valve can/will do is to give you a refund and they'll tell Ubisoft to fix the page listing.

It's their storefront. They are responsible for what's on it. Just like a grocery store is responsible for the groceries on the shelves. If I buy a bundle that includes a sandwich and a drink because the store is advertising it as such and I don't get the drink. The store is responsible for giving me the drink. Not the coke company.

I've explained what Support will yell you.

That's pretty much it.

For the future pay attention to what is listed under "Items included in this bundle" because that is what you will get when buying the bundle.

In the future Steam shouldn't advertise that the bundle comes with a game when it doesn't. This isn't on me. This is on Steam and Ubisoft. The bundle page clearly says it comes with Conviction.

Partners on Steam are responsible for their own product pages.

Trust me, Ubisoft needs to be yelled at for more than just this.
