You can get a refund for games bought on steam. Activation codes and cd keys purchased from other stores are not eligible. To receive a refund, the respective game must not be played for more than 2 hours and the purchase must have been made no later than 2 weeks before the refund request. If you do not meet these two conditions you will not receive a refund and a ticket to Steam Support in this regard becomes just a waste of time. Other concerns?
