Bitdefender tell me that a infected web resource was trying to infect my pc via steam,should i be worried that this could past to something worse?

Soo i was in a noita mod page and bitdefender notify me more than 160 time for the same thing: https://imgur.com/a/J8qdiAT

And i dont if im paranoic for the situation but not even 10 minutes after my internet desconnected and i started to feel like some pages were slowing down

Bitdedefender and malware bytes told me that my pc was ok

Should i stay calm or i shoould do something?
