Games keep Crashing (all of them)

I dont know what happened but suddenly all my games started crashing. Right now I have ATS and Helldivers 2.

When they crash, microsoft teams opens up, steam opens up, system32 opens up, and internet opens up.

American Truck Sim doesnt say anything it just crashes, but Helldivers 2 says "Steam Not detected"

I tried downloading a Mod for ATS and found out my One drive was being used instead of my local Disk, So i switched that and removed one Drive, now nothing is working anymore. as im typing this ive just finished reinstalling steam for the 3rd time and I am going to try and install the games again and see if i have any luck, but i'm starting to lose hope here.

anyone else have this issue?
