Steam account hijacked by Don Holden scammer (false valve moderator)

Hello.
I had my steam account blocked / banned after a scammer called Don Holden did it.
Let me explain shortly : I received a message from a girl who said me she reported my account multiple times for being scammed thousands dollars. After a short explanation, she understood it wasn't me the scammer but someone who used my account. She excused herself and gave me the adress to add of a Valve moderator on discord, called Donald Holden.
This Don banned my account after he said it had multiple violations.
Then he asked me 700 euros in order to recover my account, money that would be refunded when my account will be recovered.

I paid so far 560 euros, after a conversation of 6 hours, manipulating me deeply in order to get that money. He treated me that if I don't pay, I would get banned forever.

I discovered after a rapid search on net with "don holden" that it was a huge scam.

For now I cannot get back on my account, I lost all my games and 560 euros.

I tried change my password from recovery steam support page, and the change worked it seems.
But I can't still connect with the new password.
Maybe the scammer changed others informations of my account.

4. Change passwords from a clean computer.

Bonjour.

En recherchant le nom Don Holden sur internet, on trouve très facilement des pages de sites signalant cette personne et cette arnaque. Le gars a arnaqué, je sais pas, des dizaines de personnes à travers le monde.
Il est très organisé et a usé de stratagèmes particulièrement retors pour arriver à ses fins.
Je suis loin d'être le seul à s'être fait avoir.
Sur reddit, il y a plein de topics consacrés à cette arnaque.
