my gems are seperated into seperate inventory items how to combine them back?

When you convert an item to gems that has a market/trade hold, the resulting gems inherit that hold and become a unique inventory item. They will remain unique when the hold expires until you choose an action that will combine the total, like using them to create booster pack or by trading them to another user.

There are some users in the community that will auto accept 1:1 gem trades to help people combine separate gem stacks, if keeping the stacks is what you desire.

You can try to trade all your gems with someone else for the same amount of gems.

The gems will be stacked properly.
