How to change review prefernces?

Hello people,
So I have this problem, that when I open up any games reviews this is the default settings:

As you can see it only shows reviews from people that bought the game outside of steam. Which is a very questionable default setting, but whats more annoying is that I cannot find a way to change it.
If I switch the "purchase type" option to "all" shown on the picture than it changes it only for that specific game. If I open that games reviews again it will show all reviews for that game but any other game I open up the default setting remains on "other" as it shows only reviews from people who "not purchased on steam"
Is there a way to fix this?
