You can only upload files less than 8 MB in file size *error*

I'm trying to upload my new steam artwork, but it won't let me save it. Always this error pops up "Artwork must be under 8 MB," even though the file size is less than 6 MB.

Artwork Middle

Width = 506
Length = 800
File size = 5.84 MB

Artwork Right

Width = 100
Length = 800
File size = 1.82 MB

I am an official artwork creator on Fiverr, Upwork, and many other platforms I have a dozen clients and more than 100 artworks, and this issue is not just with me and my new artwork. My clients are receiving the same error when they try to upload the artwork. I am also having the same issue with my old artworks which my clients and I have uploaded on steam already and we know they work, but now when I try to re-upload them from a different account, the same error appears.

I'm guessing you think that I'm a newbie but with due respect I am not, I've uploaded more than 30 artworks and created more than 100 artworks, so yeah, I know what I'm dealing with. This error is something new, possibly a glitch. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I have attached as many Screenshots as I could that will also shed some light on the issue.

Note: I have also tried changing the length to 780,700,650 but still me and my client got the same error every time.

"As you mentioned, it seems artwork files are currently limited to less than 5MB. I am sorry, we do not have additional information about this.

I understand this change may not be ideal and I am happy to forward your feedback and comments onto the appropriate department.

Seems like support doesn't know what's going on too, lol. But at least they are ready to "forward feedback". So maybe it's not over yet!

No, it is not reduced; it is simply bugged; sometimes more than 6mb of artwork is uploaded, then suddenly you can't upload more than 5mb, so it's just a back and forth.

I feel like all of us have this issue , only a fix on steam can do something . I tried to change the code for upload and still doesn't work .

Received a response from steam customer report saying that this is being looked at. As to when this issue may be resolved no clue but its definitely a steam end issue, not user.
