You can only upload files less than 8 MB in file size *error*

I'm trying to upload my new steam artwork, but it won't let me save it. Always this error pops up "Artwork must be under 8 MB," even though the file size is less than 6 MB.

Artwork Middle

Width = 506
Length = 800
File size = 5.84 MB

Artwork Right

Width = 100
Length = 800
File size = 1.82 MB

I am an official artwork creator on Fiverr, Upwork, and many other platforms I have a dozen clients and more than 100 artworks, and this issue is not just with me and my new artwork. My clients are receiving the same error when they try to upload the artwork. I am also having the same issue with my old artworks which my clients and I have uploaded on steam already and we know they work, but now when I try to re-upload them from a different account, the same error appears.

I'm guessing you think that I'm a newbie but with due respect I am not, I've uploaded more than 30 artworks and created more than 100 artworks, so yeah, I know what I'm dealing with. This error is something new, possibly a glitch. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I have attached as many Screenshots as I could that will also shed some light on the issue.

Note: I have also tried changing the length to 780,700,650 but still me and my client got the same error every time.

Seems like support doesn't know what's going on too, lol. But at least they are ready to "forward feedback". So maybe it's not over yet!

Confirm.
I'm having this problem. I even tried uploading the previous artworks (less than 8mb) but it still didn't work.
Maybe the only way is that wait for Steam to solve it with another update.

Facing the same issue here, uploading something over 2mb won't work for me.

Same. I started with 7 mb and ended with 3 mb without solution.

I tried to upload a 3mb gif, and it says it's bigger than 8mb. We just gotta wait till Steam support deals with this.

everybody should contact steam through steam support so they can see how urgent we need it fixed asap. same here its been a week now w no update hella annoying but they dish out steam deck updates daily but no regular steam updates LOL
