My steam account was stolen

Hi, this morning I received a notification in thai language, that my steam account email has been changed. So now I can't access my main account anymore. I don't know how to go about recovering it.
Changing the password is useless as the associated email is now different. Could anyone tell me how to resolve this situation? A thousand thanks.

Make sure you are completely logged out of Steam before you start the recovery process

the problem is these very nice people who stole my account i changed my email address so now every time i try to do the recovery the recovery data is sent to the thieves email address.

when you get to the part where they ask for mail and password you type in what ever on your account name is needed

Hi can i ask pls how u fixed it? My friends account was stolen and they changed email and password so we dont know what to do, when tehre is no live chat support can u help pls?

u mean this: when you get to the part where they ask for mail and password you type in what ever on your account name is needed?

if yes then im sorry but eng is not my language and even translator is transalting it in bad way that i dont fully understand that?
again im sorry for being stupid but eng is rly bad for me :D

You need to be signed out of all Steam accounts for this to work, otherwise, you'll end up in a loop.

You DO NOT need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked. JUST SCROLL DOWN.

If it still doesn't work, just type in a random bunch of letters and go from there.

if u mean that 1st reply... then there is problem... in 1.st step there is that u have to get email from steam with: If you are unable to access your account, then you may use this account specific recovery link... but he doesnt got that mail with this ling :/
