The 4GB RAM doesn't help either.
Try the most basic low powered games you can find and hope they'll run.

It is a 10 Watt ACEPC T-10 MiniPC (Intel Atom x5-z8350, Cherry Trail iGPU)
= lower spec than yours.
I can run every PC game before 2012 ( ... and so can you)!
I can run most of the graphically non-demanding post 2012 DX9 3D-Engine games in lowest settings and in low resolution (720p).
I can run most of the new, modern Unity Engine based Indie games, incl. AAA titles like Pillars of Eternity, etc. if I switch the resolution to 1280x720 (most Unity engine games use the desktop resolution as default).
My 'crap pc' does not run graphically demanding games. No DX11 titles. No AAA games like 'God of War', 'Elden Ring', 'CoD MW 2 Remastered' etc. Net-based games like 'CS:GO', PUBG, Fortnite, Destiny c a n run on lowest settings, since they are 'optimized' for low-spec performance, but make not much sense, since they would still eat up not just your meager iGPU but also the Pentium Silver.
