Full Black Profile ?

I went to check out cheesmo profile and found out one of his friends steam profile......

As you can see its almost full black (ik the pfp isn't but still looks pretty unnoticeable)

I'm very curious about how he make his profile theme that black?

If someone knows how to do it pls teach me ))) i wanna have that profile too looks dope

Its a level 101 profile so my guess is hes using backgrounds and settings that you wouldnt be able to get or change quite yet without having more options come available to you by leveling up your profile and making purchases in the Steam Points store.

Perhaps a specific game has a black background. Not quite sure though. Try adding that person and asking them.

It seems they are using the Carrion game profile theme, a black background from Waveshaper and a black avatar frame from Infra. Probably uploaded a black square as avatar.

Badges are all black ones. The avatar is nearly all black but not quite.
