Game thumbnail turn blank

The game thumbnail in my profile game list just turned blank with one background color, clearing out the browser cache doesn't help, this issue also presents on my phone browser as well, does anyone knows how to fix it?

While their games tiles can be seen again, I cant see yours while logged out.

I'm assuming server issues mixed with the content blur messing up.

Okay, so I unchecked the blurring the user generated content option,and that fixed it which is weird as they are no way content from users, steam seems mixed up of this..

Anyway, thanks for the help of getting me to figure it out that it's censorship.
