Steam Library goes down when cursor moves near
So I was just opening steam today to play some halo 2, just a normal average day for me.
Then when I move my mouse cursor down to select the master chief collection, the entire steam library goes all the way down and off screen leaving my library page completely gray. Have any of you experienced this problem and fixed it?

And no restarting the PC doesn't work. I also really don't wanna have to reinstall all of these games because that took the entire day because of my slow internet.

I switched to the beta and then back and it fixed. But you gave me the idea to do that.

Exit Steam. Open Steam. Solved for me.

This is happening to me, and it's causing me so much stress! I have tried restarting my computer, restarting Steam, uninstall and reinstalling Steam, and switching to beta and back. None of it has worked. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just installed Steam on a new laptop and this is happening to me as well. the entire "library" tab specifically just floats away from my mouse cursor until it floats off screen completely. Nothing I have tried fixes the issues. The "store" page works completely fine though. What a shocker.

UPDATE: Fixed the issue by going into Steam > Settings > Interface and un-ticking "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views"

Sometimes the answer really is that simple. Hope this helps anyone else.

Just tried that and it works! Thanks so much for posting your solution! As someone who isn't massively technical, having the steps listed really helps.
