But on that famous site web (Trust store) said is allowed for my country

i contact support of that store he said (i don't see any region issues here, please go ahead and purchase, ........and if i found any issues, he offer me a refund

my question now the game will be added to my library and play the game normal or will be there a kind of problems
i never try that before

Nope, you can't.
If you attempt to launch the game while not in the region, it just won't work.

just now i read this about CD Keys

after i asked publisher (retailer), said there no region restriction on the key

even read a reviews too said :
..... note that you CAN'T buy this game either on Steam or GOG (there isn't even a store page for this game) but the serial will correctly activate on Steam and let you download it.

If you mean authorized seller Fanatical store in opening post (currently -92% off). If the store says, it activates in your region. You can activate the key then and play.
