I don't wanna wait for a false promise anymore...
I already found my alternative method...

DATABLITZ (Makati Greenbelt & Glorrieta area)..... another $h1tty overpriced method....
The store is just near my area...LOL... (I just suddenly realized it cause of desperation xD)
The lowest they have is PHP 700 for 15$ and the highest is PHP 2400 for 50$
I know there are many alternatives here in PH like GLOBE,Cherry, etc.... but it's such a hassle.
In datablitz, you just give the money and they give you directly the steam physical code.

This will be my last post from this discussion :D

Mol point in your Mol wallet can't transfer to SEAGM so if you want MOL to SEAGM you need unused Mol prepaid card's serial numbers and pin numbers to put it in SEAGM.
