1) Molpoints > Cherry Credits > Steam wallet codes *insane exchange rates, like, x1.6? that's RM1.6 for RM1 steam cash, or RM 160 for RM100 steam cash @.@
2) Mol codes (before topping up at mol.com, the code you buy at 7-11) > Seagm > Steam wallet *significantly less expensive than cherry credits, but mol will issue a 10% service charge, on top of the normal exchange rate*
3) go to a cyber-cafe and buy steam scratch cards. <---- honesty, this method is the one that saves you the most money, and most 'offical' cyber cafes have them. All you need to do is find a cyber cafe near you, but they may be sold out occasionally (happened to me once)
but if you have loaded your points into mol.com, you have no real option but to use the CherryCredits method
(i used to play CC games, Dragon Nest, and they have always been all about exploiting players for their money =_=)
but seriously, get a debit card if you can, it will kinda save you even more money.
Valve now trying to be a money handler just like paypal. At first paypal gone for SEA region cept for SG I guess. Then they introduce wallet for your local currency. lol
