original euro truck simulator 2 (downloaded from scs software) to steam version?

I purchaced ets2 (digital downloaded version) when the game first came out. I have a valid activation key and the game works fine outside of steam. My question is, Is it possible for me to play this game through steam using my original key, without having to buy and download the game for a second time?

No it isnt.

Activate game in the game menu at the top worked. wouldnt have known to look there without your link Slay___ thank you. btw even though ETS2 is not listed it may have been a valve game withe the correct format key. :)
