But like alot of Source games people have various issues with, search elsewhere for videos or threads on CS:GO issues. As they have alot of command line/launch options. It's possible there is such an option that can help your issue. Unless it's corrupted graphics files or something perhaps. But if that is the case, verify game cache should resolve that.

what i think is happening is basically the models of skins for guns are 'high quality" so having low settings and low resolution makes it so that they aren't loaded correctly. to check this i'll have to recieve a new gun and we'll see if the loads or not.
