I followed your advice and updated my drivers. I also tried every refresh rate for my monitor and the error still appears. I have a Geforce GT 530 video card. Could you provide me with any further advice?
Many thanks
1. Go to your library right click batman arkham origins
2. Go to the local files tab and click browse files
3. Now I don't have this game so i dont know if you can but try and find a file like user settings or something like that.
4. If you can find the file find the width and heighth and change it go here to check your resolution: http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/
And if you can't find the file does it pop up with a window before launhing the game?
Thank you for the suggestions
Loiger: Do you mean change resX and resY to my screen resolution? I have tried that but it still gives the error. No window opens, the game logo appears and the screen goes black and then the monitor says "out of frequency". Is there anyway I can start the game in windowed mode?
Muppet: My refresh rate is on 60Hz, i tried all refresh rates and it still gives the error. Im not sure how to access vsync settings could you explain further please? I have an old monitor it isnt a flat screen.
