How do i know Skyrim-Legendary Edition was installed?

I just bought Skyrim Legendary edition from daily sale. and It doesnt say The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Legendary Edition in the game list. and when I click on DLC, I need to buy the games..wtf is going on. how do i check if I got the legendary edition or not?

It shows up as the normal version because the LE is just a bundle of the base game with the DLC. When you start it up it will show you the DLC when you click "Data Files".

okay how do i go to Data Files?

Start the game by clicking "Play". Once it's done installing, the launcher will pop up. You can't miss it from there.

I am brand new to the digital download. Before I make a purchase I would like to know how it works. I am currently using a family members PC to make the purchase and would like to download it to the PC I have at home. Should I wait, purchase as a gift, or purchase now and it won't have to download to this computer.

Please help as I am super new to this concept.

Well, first off, you can make your own thread. But yes, you can download your purchased games on any computer. Be free my friend. Survive.

If you have Skyrim + all 3 DLCs then you have it.
