Enhanced Steam add on for Chrome - problem with language

Hi can anyone help me,

I logged into Steam in Google Chrome and it was in Italian. After some frustration I realised what was causing it, the Enchanced Steam add on. So I go into the options for this add on and changed language back to English, but there is no save button on the options page, and it just changes itself back to Italian upon refresh.

I do like this add on and don't want to uninstall it, does anyone have an suggestions?

It may not be your Add-on. Sometimes if you click a Steam link ending in ?|=language it will change the language of your steam store. For example if you click http://store.steampowered.com/?l=english it will reset the language to English. This sometimes happens. Note the language has to be in lower case.

If it is your add-on you can disable it by going to the Customise and control panel (3 horizontal lines in top right corner) then click Settings then go to the Extensions panel on the left. There you can disable any add-ons causing the language issue. Hope this helps.
