How to setup QoS?

These are all the steam ports required for QoS users. To find other information such as your IPv4 address, if you runcmd and type in ipconfig a list of information needed will come up. Hope this helps, if you need anything else just reply to this forum.

My problem is not finding the ports but how am i gonna fill all these settings.
