My Vindictus won't let me use directx 11 for no apparent reason
I've reinstalled vindictus and saw that my Hardware Directx level can only go to 8 and 9. What actually confuses me is that my system runs on directx 11 so is there a way to fix this problem?

What is the video adapter in your machine?

Locate your Steam.exe file, you can do this by clicking the windows key, hitting computer, in the search bar (top right) type "steam.exe".

Left Click, then right right click Steam.exe, click properties.

Go to the compatibility tab, click change setting for all users.

Under compatibility mode, un-check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", hit "Apply" then "OK".

Close Properties menu down.

Open taskmaster (CTRL+Shift+ESC), go to the "Processes" tab, find "Steam.exe", left click it, hit "End Process".

Relaunch Steam, it should be fixed.
