How to add money to your Steam Wallet using PaySafe?

I just recently bought a PaySafeCard and when I choose to add money to my Steam Wallet, I simply do not see it as a payment method, however it is available in my country. Basically if I bought a $10 PaySafeCard and I want to buy a game that costs $8, there will be remaining $2, that's why I'd like to transfer my PaySafe money to Steam Wallet. Any help?

EDIT: Just found out that for some reason I cannot use PSC. Why? God knows. And other people from Croatia have been requesting this since 2011.

I am beyond pissed at the moment, PSC not available on Steam for people from Croatia? However I can buy a PSC in Croatia, yet I can't use it on Steam for an unknown reason? Great.

Excuse me, let me just trash my $50 PaySafeCard because Steam does not allow me to use it.

I want to use something I bought with my own money, there is absolutely no reason for Steam not to accept PSC as payment option in my country when I can clearly buy a PSC in my country. PSC in Croatia has been requested since 2011.

It's not listed in the options to use as payment method, I tried on website, with Steam client, I tried to purchase a game, I tried to add funds to Steam Wallet, and when I went through discussions I found out that many people from Croatia are having issues with this, well, all people from Croatia who posted there can't use PSC.

Apart from this http://store.steampowered.com/news/4203/ Press Release back in 2010, I couldn't find something about Paysafecards and Steam. Then, Croatia wasn't listed as a supported country. Where did you get your information, this was changed on Steam? And just because you can buy a Paysafecard in your country, Steam doesn't automatically have to support it.

I don't know if it means something, but take a look:

That's the official paysafecard.com page for Steam with the location set as United Kingdom. Now if you scroll down to the bottom, there's a dropdown for chosing the location. If you chose "Hrvatska", you'll get a 404 Error. I tried some of the countries listed in the initial Press Release and they all worked.
I guess you're really out of luck here.

And still there is no reason for Steam not to support it in Croatia when this has been requested since 2011. I will try to use a different language-version of the page from one of the countries supported and see if that works... worked for many others... which is another proof that there is no reason why Croatia isn't there.

And again, what led you to this assumption? Steam doesn't have to support anything they don't want.

After checking paysafecard.com again (I've never used it), it seems they show which services they support, depending on your location. Your country doesn't list Steam, https://www.paysafecard.com/hr-hr/upotreba/igre/page/10/
