How to add money to your Steam Wallet using PaySafe?

I just recently bought a PaySafeCard and when I choose to add money to my Steam Wallet, I simply do not see it as a payment method, however it is available in my country. Basically if I bought a $10 PaySafeCard and I want to buy a game that costs $8, there will be remaining $2, that's why I'd like to transfer my PaySafe money to Steam Wallet. Any help?

EDIT: Just found out that for some reason I cannot use PSC. Why? God knows. And other people from Croatia have been requesting this since 2011.

I know this thread is really old but i will try to help some people. I am from Croatia aswell. You can transfer your PSC money to a Skrill account and then buy the desired product from steam with your Skrill account. This worked but the problem is that now you need to make a paysafe account to transfer money onto Skrill. I mean there is no problem in making an account but paysafe demands you write your phone number. The problem with that is that Paysafe will count all numbers that start with 098 or 099 or any croatian numbers invalid. They will only accept the number if it starts with 911 but then you will never get an SMS with the confirmation code for your registration so you will never be able to make your account. I have contacted paysafe support and i hope that they will answer soon.
