How do you mean?
I just tried that, I can't seem to activate it after I did it on the xbox site and says its invalid in GFWL, and steam doesn't seem to have the DLC working properly
if you are logged into gwwl and you get the codes for the dlc that steam gives you when you click view cdkey for fable 3 copy those codes that it gives you for the dlc into the redeem code section of the marketplace screen and once you have them all accepted click view/manage downloads to open the gfwl client and install them one at a time
I tried that, and no, I wasn't trying to download them all at once. I couldn't download any of them. Before I did the xbox site, I was able to attempt to download, but since I did the xbox site, it's saying they are invalid. And everytime I try to view downloads, it tries to open the marketplace, which in turn crashes due to the marketplace having been shut down for good
Because I was an idiot and instead of redownloading GWFL from the xbox site, I downloaded it from Microsoft's site which is apparently the outdated version
Oddly enough it seemed to have, cause when I downloaded it from the microsoft site, it was doing the same thing before I did that, but when I downloaded it from the xbox site, it was working
That's what I was thinking
try this solution

I had trouble with the dlc downloading but then I uninstalled games for windows live (this included two different programs named very similar) and then reinstalled games for windows live (just google this) and then the dlcs just downloaded like they should. Someone mentioned that this was due to Microsoft having different versions of gfwl, so this will make sure that you are all up to date and there is no conflict. Hope this helps someone!
