The WB bundle comes as separate keys. In order to gift a game, don't click on the big "Steam" button on the left of the game -- click on the much smaller "Gift" button on the right. That will give you a special link -- don't click it, just copy it and mail it to whoever should get the game. This will remove the game from your bundle, and basically create a mini-bundle for them.
Heck, even their gift FAQ entry uses one of the Batman games as example :-)
I bought it and each game is seperate. There is no longer keys. What you do is click on the gift button next to each game. Then you can give your friend the URL and it'll redeem in their account.
So, to answer your question: YES, you can gift games you already own to your friends.
That's not how it works for every Bundle. Some Bundles are together. You have to redeem them all at once, but not this Bundle. So you're good.
Great! Thanks!
It depends on the bundle -- not all bundles are created equal. In my own history, all the "normal" humblebundles came as separate keys for each game, whereas a lot of the "weekly sales" bundles came in 2 keys (never had 1 key -- it's one key per tier).
A big change -- and one I don't necessarily like, as I get NO written confirmation of any sort when using that -- is that you no longer get "keys". Humblebundle won't show you the keys anymore, it will directly register it into your Steam account. It's still a separate button per key, though, and the "gift" button is new (although, obviously, giving you the text-form of the key meant there was no need for a 'gift' function).
I've had other bundles that were more of a mixed bag. Like the Indiegala Magicka bundle had the retail key of the game, two DLC keys for the additonal tiers, and a separate "king arthur collection" key. I was actually happy with that... I was afraid I might have to register 21 Magicka DLCs separately :-)
Depends. I wasn't sure whether I'd get it -- I already had the Batman games (else it would have been a no-brainer), I don't think I'm going to play the "F.E.A.R." games, and the Lord of the Rings doesn't exactly shine in reviews.
I did eventually decide to give the Scribblenauts a try. The tier 2 bundle isn't all THAT cheap for just that game, almost like a regular sales price, but I decided I could still count those other 3 games as free bonus that wouldn't be included in a steam sale (and buying "FEAR" around here would be difficult anyway -- but since Scribblenauts probably won't be bundled with FEAR on a regular Steam bundle, that's more of a theoretical issue).
If it means anything, i didn't think i would like FEAR either, but then I did co-op with a friend on F3AR and it was a blast. If you like any fps they are worth looking in to, especially for the co-op.
