Bug new pending trade offer

My steam displayed (at the right top next to my account name), that i got a new trade offer but if i click on it, the list is empty. I can't get this message away. Relog or something else don't work.
Have someone any ideas?

they gave me 3 or 4 advice how to fix it nothing worked then i got a link to the forum where i can post new ideas for something i was confused.

since the last update my notification is gone. how it looks on you? I have closed the ticket. The support did after the successful reset settings screenshots from me, I sent him some and explained the problem again. In general, I found the support very helpful and he has not fobbed me with standart texts

I have the same problem except it says that the items are no longer available in the trade offer, I cant remove the trade offer or stop steam form showing that annoying "1" next to the envelope symbol..
