fraps free only records around 30 seconds

why is it so short is it becsause it was free i know im si=ounding stupid but i push the record button i dont touch it and it stops recording also on another note how can i take of www.fraps.com?

This has nothing to do with Steam.
If you wish to record more than 30 seconds and remove the benchmark, buy the full software.

what is the cheapest version and also i just wanted some help and i cant ask on youtube for personal reasons so i needed an answer

The cheapest legal version is here[www.fraps.com], with 27 euros (converted to your currency).
