Have you ever deleted the friends in question while they were in that ''invitations sent'' list? If you simply remove a friend, and re-add them immediately, the request should appear in ''invitations sent''.
However, should you delete a pending invitation, and then re-add (again), the invitation will not be displayed anywhere!
Yep and sometimes there are waiting periods if you accidentaly deny a request, these are things that valve just never fixes, which is why I don't have much faith in the steambox and such things....bugs and usability issues, ignored forever.
Well, it's not necessarily considered a bug if someone hits reject and doesn't want another friend invite right after it without having to block the sender.
Yea but the buttons are close together and very easy to accidentally trigger a deny in the friends list invite area, theres no way to manually revoke this deny, its not user friendly its opaque to the end user and has caused problems for years now
I'm not denying it's annoying, I've been there. The only proper way is to get the person you were trying to add to add you, or be patient and send it at a later time period.
What I'm stating is that it's not necessarily a bug, they could however uplift it so you need to reject it twice or three times before it actually puts a timer to it.
