Can't install CoD: Ghost Multiplayer "There was an error installing CoD ghost (Update suspended)"

I've tried installing the SP, it went to 30% and then it got back on 0%.
It wont allow me to download the MP : "There was an error installing CoD ghost (Update suspended)"

Same here. COD Ghosts Multiplayer will not install. I restarted steam, am running as admin and I cannot verify game cache files because all local file options are grayed out.

It is the same in each COD. It doesn't matter if you buy in store or if you buy it at steam the game loves to crash while installing

So I let the single player fully install (~3 hrs with FIOS) without messing with the multiplayer at all (If you do, the single player goes back to zero and starts over), opened it to make sure it worked, then installed multiplayer and it is installing normally.
I noted that before the campaign installed, steam said that the muiltioplayer was 28 GB. After intalling the campaign the multioplayer said 3.3 GB
