An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed. When buying games
Hello i wanted to gift a game to my friend with my wallet inside steam but this error happens and i found no way to fix it can anyone help?

Either contact support about the gift flag on your account or use an external payment method to gift games.

I tried to contact them but they're not answering. When i have so much wallet in here. Why should i use another payment method. It doesn't make sense
