having trouble with purchasing a game

It took my money but wont let me download and play the game and says that something went wrong with the purchase, but my money is gone!

when you make an online purchase, your payment provider will put a HOLD on the funds. if the transaction fails, the funds get freed up after a few days. to you, it looks like the money was taken, but the fact is that the payment provider still has the money.
