My card has not expired though? I can use it everywhere else but here on Steam.

I even contacted my bank and they said they haven’t received any notices on my attempts to purchase.

How do I fix this?

My card was expired for a bit but I renewed it, the expiry date is 10/26
Any help would be appreciated

Go to your 'account details' page > Store & Purchase History > Update the payment method linked to this account.
Change the card's expiration date to reflect the current one.
