Question about Steam Point Shop
How does one upload things in it? Say, i want to upload my own moving Avatar for others to buy, and me to use
how to do it?
Same thing with a background, what if i want to upload a background, either moving or not, how?

Create a game and publish it on Steam. Then you can upload your game-specific point shop assets.
