May i ask which game?
Definitely.
In general Family Share works with Advanced Access but there have been a few cases where the publishers only activated the Family Share features after the game released for everyone.
Thats something you have to test when the Advanced Access starts.
Also remember that only one person in the Family can play the game at any given time, so i suspect if your friend bought the Premium Edition they want to play themself.
If you both bought the game but only your friend has the Deluxe version that grants Advanced Access you can switch your preferred license to his so you have access to it.
BUT that means you are playing HIS license so he wont be able to play at the same time.
No matter what you only have a single license that owns the Deluxe Advanced Access bonus so that version can only be played by a single family member.
