All my games are gone

Hey guys. So, I was about to play Ready or Not but the Steam said they couldn't start the game because the executable was missing. And then it start to download the whole game again. I thought "ok", but then when I tried to play RE Village it gave me the same message, when I went to check ALL other games (installed) were having the same problem. Funny thing is: my disk was FULL (not a 100% of course) as if the games were there, but when I oppened the folder there was not a single game in there. Everything was missing and empty yet was still occupying space.

I don't know what to do. There is not a single option on support to this specific problem. Have you experienced that before? Do I have to wipe my disk and reinstall everything??
