Is it possible to get unused paid games refunded?

i've got games i dont and never will play again and i want to get them refunded off my account so i can use the money to buy other games i want to play... is this possible?

In general, no.

Games can be refunded if they were purchased less than 14 days ago, and your playtime is less than 2 hours. Your descriptions makes it sound like you'd like to refund games that have been purchased much longer ago.
