Family Sharing & Point Shop Purchases
Will I be able to purchase game backgrounds through the point shop if I gift a game to someone in my Steam Family?

Situation: They want the game, I want to game background. I'd rather buy the game for them. The alternative would be to buy the game for myself and let them play it through family share..
