animated profile backgrounds stop loading in steam points shop?

why when i try to look for a new animated profile background on the points shop, do they stop animating/loading in after a while? like for 30 seconds they work and then they just stop. reloading the page doesn't work. i just want a new background mane

This is causing the issue:
Background name "Yukari & Tomi"
From game "Sakura Hime 3"

Every time that background loads its animation it freezes all others, I bought it hoping it would be removed from the points shop so I could view others but it remains and continues to disrupt all other backgrounds below it, can't tell what I would like to buy.

Now the fact it is in my inventory causes all animated backgrounds in my collection to freeze also. Super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

damn, that's crazy. how have people literally determined the specific background that's causing the issue but they still won't fix the issue lmfao

Well I can tell you it's STILL a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue.
I was actually trying to look at this specific one. Now I can't even scroll past the stupid thing to look at any others.
