I need to run two games on one computer
the game specifically is dying light, what I want to do is run 1 game on my computer and another on his while all the processing power is loaded to my computer, is this possible with remote play or anything like that?

You are naming 2 different things here. In your title, you want to run 2 games on one computer. In your text, you want to run 2 games on 2 different computers. You do mention remote play though.

So I'm going to reply as if you said "I want to run 2 games on my computer, playing one locally, playing one through streaming". Possible, but it requires you to jump through hoops. Said hoop would be virtualization. That is, running one game in a VM which you stream from, running that other game from the native system. Getting games to run in a VM has been discussed multiple times over the years, I suggest you consult the streaming forum on that.
