Friend is playing xxx notification moved

as title says, the pop up you recieve when a friend starts a game has moved, it went from bottom right to bottom left, which really annoys me. any idea how to move it back to bottom right? that little pop up is also really blurry, idk where that came from

For me it's still bottom right and focused, looks different tho.
