Auto-update Enable
I used to have the option to update the games manually
Since the Client update/beta I've noticed that the games auto-updates
A quick check in Downloads window there's a clickable Auto-Update Enabled link
Upon clicking it opens steam's Settings download section
Looking around, there's no Disable Auto-Update option
I know there's a way but I can't figure it out yet or maybe i'm Infected
Will someone prove me right so i can seek professional help

You have to change each game's Automatic Updates setting. Right click on the game and select Properties > Updates >> Automatic Updates > change this to what you want.
