Family Sharing DLCs
I'm trying to share a game that has a DLC to my alt account but it just doesn't show up. I've put on family sharing and tried countless tutorials but nothing seems to work. Someone help me out, please!

Do both accounts own the base game?

Is the DLC free or paid.

When I created the alt account it automatically had all of the games on my main. So yes, both own the base game

The DLC is paid.

You would see installed games, but they wouldn't belong to the account.

Its a Free To Play game, those can not be Family Shared, that includes their DLC.

Correct. All Free to Play games and their DLC are excluded from Steam Family Share.
