Report a translation problem
I have all notifications off. Running on windows 10.

I'll give it a shot, but I have a suspicion it's just going to say "steam" and not tell me anything new.
If someone solves this issue please share the solution!
Check your anti-virus and all your security features including the windows security features.
Right-Click on the Start Button and open Settings
> open Gaming when the control panel opens
> go to Gaming Mode. It's on the left panel of the Gaming options window.
Turn it off.
Mine was on, I turned it off but haven't run a game long enough to test it yet. No minimizes so far.
I also noticed that it has nothing to do with games, it seems. I was typing random stuff in Notepad and all of a sudden I couldn't anymore and each keystroke registered a bell sound like when you try to do something you can't. So some phantom process stole focus for a split second and never returned it to the notepad window.
I've killed the EA app for now and I'll launch it when I need it, but I'll see how my PC behaves without it.
